Our Linen Memento Cushion features elegantly detailed knife edge pleats in optic white linen. It is the best size cushion for the small of your back on a chair, and super sweet as an accent pillow on a bed. It is especially gorgeous for little ones on a nursery chair or in the cot. It is an heirloom piece that will be with you forever.
The Memento Cushion is beautiful as is, without embroidery and utterly timeless in its all white design and classic pleat. If your heart desires, add hand embroidery above and select from buttermilk beige, cherry red or cornflower blue cotton thread. It's named the 'Memento Cushion' as it is the perfect way to remember a time, place, person or date. Inscribe the cushion with a wedding date with the couple's name or surname, a wedding or engagement location, a beach house or property name, baby's name and birthday - there are endless opportunities to signify the importance of memories, of time and place.
Please be mindful of the amount of characters if you select embroidery. The cushion is petite and cannot fit copious characters and text. Please use images as a guide, for example; two words like 'Isabella and Fred' and a date works nicely, initials, or a first and middle name etc, or a location and date i.e 'The Hamptons, 13.03.23' works well. If your text is too long we will reach out to discuss this via email to shorten it.
Please note includes cushion insert for the perfect 'chop'.

A Note on Character & Age
Each vintage and antique piece in our collection carries its own history - a quiet record of time, craftsmanship, and use. These are not new items; their gentle imperfections, subtle marks, and rich patina are part of what make them unique and beautiful.
We see these characteristics not as flaws, but as evidence of a life well-lived - the depth and texture that only age can bestow. Minor variations from the images may occur, reflecting each piece’s singular story. Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final.
