Each collection is lovingly designed by Bonnie Charlesworth - fondly nicknamed 'Bobo' by loved ones. Pieces are hand embroidered by her team in Melbourne. Collections are both limited and fleeting, with very minimal, small batch production. Once it is gone, it may just be farewell forever.Â
We design and curate wares that are lasting, heirloom pieces to marvel at and appreciate for years to come.

Marble Basics History
About a decade ago, two wide-eyed, 20-something sisters took up residence in their mum’s garage with the aim of reimagining marble. Marble Basics was born from a desire to make it modern, practical and quietly intriguing. The collection’s clean lines and artful nuance soon created a category of its own. Pieces that gave shape to the home. A polished foundation that could elevate the ordinary moments. An inspired kind of utility.
But nothing in this life is set in stone, not even Marble Basics. 2023 marked the end of this precious era, one which we will always treasure. We will always be proud of being the first, the finest, the forever marble range.
But as we live, learn, grow up & settle down our ideas of beauty are ever evolving. True to our creative spirit we have embraced a change of scenery, a new challenge, and a fresh perspective at Bobo Charlesworth. Â
