Sisters Bobo (also known as Bonnie, fondly nicknamed 'Bobo' by loved ones) and Bliss (yes, that is her real name) have once again joined forces. Previously the duo were at the helm of the widely successful homewares brand Marble Basics (read more on the history of this below). After 10 years at Marble Basics, each took respective pauses, taking a moment to be inspired and time to be mothers; both becoming parents to two children each. The sisters are back with a reinvigorated creativity bringing you custom, impactful details and classic design iterations and thoughtful compositions in your home.

Marble Basics History
About a decade ago, two wide-eyed, 20-something sisters took up residence in their mum’s garage with the aim of reimagining marble. Marble Basics was born from a desire to make it modern, practical and quietly intriguing. The collection’s clean lines and artful nuance soon created a category of its own. Pieces that gave shape to the home. A polished foundation that could elevate the ordinary moments. An inspired kind of utility.
But nothing in this life is set in stone, not even Marble Basics. 2023 marked the end of this precious era, one which we will always treasure. We will always be proud of being the first, the finest, the forever marble range.
But as we live, learn, grow up & settle down our ideas of beauty are ever evolving. True to our creative spirit we have embraced a change of scenery, a new challenge, and a fresh perspective at Bobo Charlesworth.
